Theme Park at its Darkest

This is one for the feminazis.

I recently sat and watched parts of the film Pigs at the Troff with a friend of mine (I think he got some gleeful enjoyment from freaking me out). I only watched a few parts – I guess it’s one of those life experiences to cross off the list – and it was pretty, well, hardcore. I saw some things I had never even imagined were possible (The Troff, FYI,  is a gay sex club somewhere in the U.S.)

The film reminded me of something I heard in my gender studies lectures about how pornography was specifically geared around the man degrading the woman through the commission of various acts. “Pornography is the theory, and rape is the practice.”*

To those people who believe this to be true, I say, get thee to The Troff. This is man-on-man action, and it’s exactly the same stuff.

Rather than explain what I saw, I will reproduce the film’s other outstanding feature in screen grabs, below. It had the most awesome warning of any film, ever; even better than a Chuck Norris movie I saw as a kid whose rating warned against ‘Antisocial themes.’

Post-Script

My friend who showed me the film was good enough to make screen grabs of the warnings so I could post them. I reproduce the accompanying email, purely because it’s funny.

Hi Jarrod, 

Here are the warnings at the start of PATT; arguably the funniest part of the movie, though I’ve never managed to get through the whole thing due to the guilt pushed on me over the years by feminists rights groups, such as lesbians, so whenever the participants get up to the point of a double-fist, I have this compulsion to get a beer for a mate and start doing the ironing.

I’m surprised they don’t include emotional blackmail in the warnings at the start. Here they are for your viewing pleasure. Call me sometime today if you can.

BTW- by me capturing, (copying) the warnings preceding the movie, are we breaching the copyright? I hope I don’t get AIDS from duplicating the warning; I’m not wearing gloves or a condom.
